<p">Returns will be accepted within 30 days of product receipt. Shipping charges on returns shall be the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition in which it was received. Items must also be undamaged and in original manufacturer´s packaging, with all original product manuals. After the product is received, inspected and verified to be in "like new" condition, a full refund of the product purchase price will be provided minus a 25% restocking fee.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Please email contact@homedecoraz.com or call 1-866-232-0288 to obtain an RMA. Please note we are unable to process the return, grant credit, refund moneys or replace products without an RMA.

You can cancel your order and get a full refund if the merchandise has not already been scheduled to ship with a shipping carrier.

Please call us at 1-866-232-0288 and our Customer Care Specialists can inform you of the status of your order and whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. If your order has been scheduled for delivery with a shipping carrier or has been shipped, our return policy will apply.

If you find any damage with your shipment, please email us at contact@homedecoraz.com with pictures of the damaged item in its packaging along with a description of the damage within 3 days.

To ensure the integrity of the shipment, please avoid unnecessary handling of the items and leave the merchandise in their original boxes.

Our Customer Solutions Team will work with you to get replacement merchandise to you as quickly as possible.

We have a dedicated Order Fulfillment Team who ensures that each order is complete and correct before it is shipped out. However, in the event you receive an incomplete order, please call us at 1-866-232-0288 to file an Incomplete Order Claim.

Standard Ground Shipping:
Please allow for the full processing time required plus 1-7 business days in transit for delivery.

Express Shipping:
Your order will be promptly fulfilled and delivered within 1-3 business days. For all express shipping orders placed before 10:00 AM EST, your order will leave the warehouse the same day.

Overnight Shipping:
Your order will be prioritized and processed to ship the same day if you place the order before 10:00 AM EST

We offer free shipping on standard orders over $300 before tax is applied. Free shipping does not include any additional charges resulting from customer special requests, including but not limited to: re-delivery after a missed appointment, fees to send to an alternate address other than what was listed at the time of shipment, or storage for delivery delays caused by the customer. Any additional charges billed by the shipping company for charges beyond the original outbound shipping costs for which HomeDecorAZ.com has paid will be assessed to the customer.

In the event that a shipment is returned to HomeDecorAZ.com because the shipping carrier has not been able to deliver to the customer after several notices and attempts, all related shipping charges will be assessed to the customer (including the original outbound shipping cost). The customer will receive a refund for the merchandize returned less the sum of all shipping charges.

After your return has been received, please allow 2 - 3 business days for the refund to show on your payment account.

At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside of the US, Hawaii, or Alaska.
